Customer ED Checklist
100% sure NO ROGUE Wi-Fi extender or router powered up in the house
Internet speed test from a Wi-Fi device is not the same as speed test from the physical LAN
port
Disable “Private Address” in your iPhone/iPad or Android device
Device doesn’t connect with the same SSID and password:
Forget This Network and re-add
Power cycle the client device
Update the wifi driver in the device (e.g. Intel driver pre-2019 does not connect to 11ax routers)
Sometimes certain app (Ring, Rakuten, etc.) not working doesn’t = to an internet or Wi-Fi
issue. Customers should:
Learn how to reset and re-launch apps on their device
“DO NOT RESET” router, in case of any major issue such as RED LEDs before calling the
support line first power cycle there is a power button on the back
Encourage them to:
Download the Airties Vision app, create an account, login and make sure it discovers
the mesh router and AP nodes
