Note: Dimension B is the width of the lug (not visible on the right-angle lug).  

CAUTION: The earth connection must not be removed unless all supply connections  

are disconnected.  

1. Ensure the rack is properly grounded and complies with ETSI EN 300 253.  

2. Ensure a good electrical connection to the grounding point on the rack (no paint or isolating  

surface treatment).  

3. Attach the solder terminal lug to an 18 AWG minimum grounding cable, and connect it to the grounding  

point on the rear panel of the router.  

4. Tighten the screw to secure the lug to the grounding point.  

5. Connect the other end of the cable to the nearby grounded surface.

Connecting Power Cables  

To use power cords outside of the United States, they must be ordered separately. Ensure that the power  

cord is compliant with local and national electrical codes.  

The router accommodates one power supply unit (PSU). Rear Panel displays the location of the power supply  

unit. To power down the router, remove all the power cords from the power supply unit.  

Important: Installation of this equipment must comply with local and national electrical codes.  

If necessary, consult with the appropriate regulatory agencies and inspection authorities to  

ensure compliance.
