1) What should I do if the router cannot connect to the internet?
Answer: A. Please make sure that the router is properly powered on, the WAN port is
connected to the broadband cable, and it has finished booting up.
B. If your computer is connected to the router via Ethernet, check if the wired
connection is functioning properly and ensure that the computer is set to obtain an
IP address automatically.
C. Please ensure that devices such as smartphones are connected to the WiFi
network of this device within the signal coverage range.
D. If the router has not been set up or if there are configuration errors, you can reset the device
according to the user manual and configure the relevant information using the operation wizard.
2) What should I do if I forget the login password for the router management interface?
Answer: Please try using the login password provided on the router's bottom label.
If you are still unable to login, you will need to perform a factory reset on the router
and set it up again.
3) How to restore the router to factory settings?
Answer: Connect the router to the power source and wait for a moment until the
router finishes booting up. Then, using a pointed object, press and hold down the
RESET button on the router for more than 5 seconds. Release the button when the
indicator light goes off. Once the router restarts and establishes a connection, it
indicates that the factory reset is complete.
Note: After restoring the router to factory settings, you will need to reconfigure the router.
4) Does the router support dual-band integration? How to connect to the router's
5GHz WiFi?
Answer: Yes, the router supports dual-band integration. This feature is disabled by
default. Follow these steps to enable it:
A. Connect your device to the router's WiFi.
B. Open a web browser and enter "192.168.10.1" to access the router's
management page. Navigate to the [Wireless] -> [WiFi] management page and
enable the "Dual-band Integration" feature. Click on the [Apply] button to save the
settings. Once enabled, the 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks will have the same
name. You can change the name and password for the dual-band integration. After
successfully changing the settings, connect to the new WiFi network with the
updated password to access the internet. Your device will automatically connect to
the faster WiFi signal.
If you want to specifically connect to the 5GHz WiFi, disable the dual-band
integration feature and set different names for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Your device will then be able to connect to the router's 5GHz WiFi.
