Under no circumstances should the device be used in any areas
(a) where blasting is in progress,
replacement of the hardware product, at Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s
discretion, as original purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. does not warrant that the operation of the
hardware product will meet original purchaser's requirements or be error free.
This warranty does not cover any failure of the product due to normal wear and
tear, misuse (including but not limited to use in other than a normal and
customary manner in accordance with Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s
instructions for use and maintenance of the product), accident, modification or
adjustment, acts of God, improper ventilation, or damage resulting from liquid.
(b) where explosive atmospheres may be present, or
(c) that are near (i) medical or life support equipment, or (ii) any
equipment which may be susceptible to any form of radio interference.
In such areas, the device MUST BE POWERED OFF AT ALL TIMES (since the
device otherwise could transmit signals that might interfere with such
equipment).
In addition, under no circumstances should the device be used in any
aircraft, regardless of whether the aircraft is on the ground or in flight. In
any aircraft, the device MUST BE POWERED OFF AT ALL TIMES since the
device otherwise could transmit signals that might interfere with various
onboard systems on such aircraft. Furthermore, under no circumstances
should the device be used by the driver or operator of any vehicle. Such
use of the device will detract from the driver’s or operator’s control of
that vehicle. In some jurisdictions, use of the device while driving or
operating a vehicle constitutes a civil and/or criminal offense.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, ERICSSON ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS, INC. DISCLAIMS
ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE HARDWARE PRODUCTS.
To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must first call Ericsson
Enterprise Solutions, Inc. for a Return Materials Authorization (“RMA”) number,
then return the properly packaged product to Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
(at the address we provide to you) for repair or replacement as required. You may
also send a written claim under the warranty to us, including to

Purchaser agrees to indemnify Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. against any
liability or damages caused to third parties as a result of Purchaser’s misuse
or misapplication of the Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. product.
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s warranty may be updated or varied by
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. from time to time without notice. This
warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia
and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
the State of New South Wales, Australia.

By activating or using your S400 Series device, you agree to be bound by Ericsson
Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s Terms of Use, User License and other applicable Legal
Policies.

ROUTER COMMUNICATION/DATA USAGE
The factory default configuration of the router is set to communicate with
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. and other resources at regular intervals to
access the latest firmware and modem updates, clock synchronization (NTP),
and NetCloud Manager (NCM) membership. Such communication may result in
data usage and applicable charges regardless of whether the router uses a wired
or wireless Internet connection. To avoid such data usage and potential
charges, consult the following Knowledge Base article:
HARDWARE WARRANTY INFORMATION
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. warrants this hardware product against
defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of
three (3) years from the date of shipment. This warranty is limited to a repair
or replacement of the hardware product, at Ericsson Enterprise Solutions,
Inc.’s discretion, as purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy. If this hardware
product was procured as a component of a NetCloud Solution Package,

HARDWARE WARRANTY FOR AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS
All hardware products sold as components of Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.
NetCloud Packages include a limited warranty against defects in materials and
workmanship through Last Date of Support, except that that the warranty
period for hardware products will be limited to a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of shipment. You may refer to Ericsson Enterprise Solutions,
Inc.’s End of Life Policy for Last Date of Support dates:
Guidelines. The warranty does not apply unless Purchaser (i) uses hardware
products only in accordance with Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s product
documentation and (ii) maintains a continuous, fully paid-up subscription
license to NetCloud Manager services during the applicable warranty period.
Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc.’s limited hardware product warranty is non-
transferable and extends only to the original purchaser of the products from an
Authorized Ericsson Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Partner.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, antennas, batteries and power supplies include
a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original
purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment, regardless of
whether it is sold as a component of a NetCloud Package.
