Technical Support Setup Procedure  

If Manual is selected under ISP  

9 Click OK to save the settings  

10 Verify the LED light status, for Internet LED: Should be solid blue or blinking, indicating  

a successful internet connection.  

If the Internet LED is red or there is no light:

Contact your ISP to verify your internet connection settings and credentials.  

Check the physical connections (ensure the Ethernet cables are properly plugged  

in, especially the WAN cable between the router and the modem/ONT).  

Power cycle/Reboot both modem and router, and wait for the connection to re-  

establish
