Block By Mac (Mac Filtering)
Mac Filtering will allow you to block all the devices for certain period of time. Only the devices which are
white listed, will be able to access the internet through the MOFI5500 router. This could be a great way
to restrict your kids from playing games late night or for something similar.
In order to enable Mac Filtering you will need to log into the router and follow the steps below:
1. Go to Bandwidth and Filters and then Block by Mac (Mac Filtering)
2. Click on Sync with browser and make sure the time matches exactly with the time of
place that you are in.
3. Check the box that says Enable Mac Filtering
4. Also check the Enable box under Schedule Time Slots and you can customize the time
when you want to block the internet access for certain devices
5. You can also set rules for certain days of a week and then name that time slot
