1.WhatshouldIdoifIforgetmyusernameandpassword?(HowdoIresetmyrouter?)）
If you forgot your username and password, or made a mistake during the setup process
andcouldnotenterthebackgroundinteractioninterfaceofthedevice,youcanpress
and hold theRESETbutton on the device for5-8seconds when the router is powered
on, and release it to restore the router to its factory state.
2. Can't find theWIFIsignal of the router?
The computer is connected to theLANport through the network cable, log in to the
router management interface and enable/disable the "2.4Gwireless" wireless
function, and confirm that this option is selected and enabled.If you don't have
a computer, you can also reset your router, see question1for details.
3. The router signal light is on, there is data transmission, but the Internet speed
is slow?
(1)Pleasemove the router to another location, such as near the window, to ensure
that it can better receivethe signal.
(2)Powerback on and let the router restart.
(3)Shorten the distance from the router as much as possible and reduce the
occlusion in the middle.
5. Why is the speed slow when using wireless Internet access?
(1) Please check whether other users in the router are doing big data downloads.
(2) Please check whether there is a strong magnetic field or strong electric field
interference source around the router, such as microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.
(3) Thedistance between the location of the WIFI and the equipment used, whether
there are obstructions, and signal attenuation.
