9.FAQs  

Q1: What should I do if I cannot log in to the router management page after  

accessing 192.168.2.1?  

A: Please try the following methods to solve the problem  

1. Make sure that the IP address of the currently used access device is 192.168.2.X,  

and you can ping 192.168.2.1  

2. Enter the domain name of the router in) the browser address bar (not the search  

bar) http://ywtwifi.com.  

3. If you set up the router with a wireless device such as a mobile phone, make sure  

that the router is successfully connected to Wi-Fi.  

4. If you're setting up your router with your phone, make sure your data is turned  

off.  

5. Restore the router to factory settings.  

Q2: What should I do if my computer or mobile phone still can't access the  

Internet after setting?  

A: Try the following method to solve it:  

1. Verify that the parent gateway has successfully connected to the Internet.  

2. Make sure that the external WAN port of the router is connected to the Internet,  

and the LED light of the router is solid green.  

3. Log in to the router's management page, check the network connection status, if  

not connected to the Internet, please enter the Internet settings page and follow  

the prompts on the page.  

4. If you can't access the Internet after connecting to Wi-Fi, make sure you are  

connected to the correct wireless name.  

5. If you have connected the correct wireless name but still cannot access the  

Internet, log in to the router wired to go to the wireless settings page, change the  

wireless name and wireless password, and reconnect to Wi-Fi.  

6. If the computer connected to the router network port with a network cable cannot  

access the Internet, please make sure that the IP address of the computer is  

obtained automatically.  

Q3: How do I factory reset the router?  

A: Try any of the following methods to solve it:  

Method 1: When the router LED light is long, press and hold the RESET button for  

about 5 seconds to release, when the indicator flashes, the router will be restored  

to factory settings.  

Method 2: Log in to the router management page and enter the system  

management page settings.  

Q4: Why can't I search for the Wi-Fi signal of my router?  

A: Please log in to the router management page by wire, then go to the wireless  

settings page and try the following method to solve it:  

1. Confirm whether it is within the coverage range of the router, the signal of the  

router is range, and the signal cannot be scanned beyond a certain distance.  

2. Check whether the wireless network is turned on, if it is off, please turn on the wireless  

network and save. Search again with your phone.  

3. Check whether the wireless name contains special non-English characters, and if so,  

set it to the wireless name without special characters.  

4. Check whether the synchronization is the SSID of the uplink router, this router  

supports mesh networking, after networking, the subnodes will automatically  

synchronize to the SSID and password of the uplink master node router, if the  

synchronization is the SSID of the uplink router, you can directly use the Wi-Fi of  

the uplink router/b24>Password access.  

Q5: Why can't the phone search for the router's 5GHz Wi-Fi signal?  

A：1. Only devices compatible with 5GHz networks can search for 5GHz wireless  

network names.  

2. If the mobile phone can search for other 5GHz wireless networks, please refer  

to Q4 to solve the problem.  

3. Confirm whether the dual-band all-in-one function is enabled, and the SSID of  

5G will be modified to be consistent with 2.4G after this function is enabled  

4. Log in to the management program to check the wireless settings and confirm  

whether to turn off the 5G Wi-Fi signal  

5. Check whether the synchronization is the SSID of the uplink router, this router supports mesh  

networking, and the subnodes will automatically synchronize the SSID and password  

of the uplink master node router after networking, if the synchronization is  

the SSID of the uplink router, you can directly use the Wi-Fi of the uplink  

router/b24>Password access to 5G network.  

Q6: Why can't the phone search for 2.4GWi-Fi signal?  

A：1. Check whether the synchronization is the SSID of the uplink router, this router  

supports mesh networking, after networking, the subnodes will automatically  

synchronize to the SSID and password of the uplink master node router, if the  

synchronization is the SSID of the uplink router, you can directly use  

the Wi-Fi password of the uplink router to access 2.4G/b26>Internet.  

2. Log in to the management program to check the wireless settings and confirm  

whether to turn off the 5G Wi-Fi signal
