The Start-up Splash Screen  

The start-up splash screen shows some MV-825-RTR information about the unit and the  

multiviewer within it. See Figure 3-7.  

(1) Multiviewer Main Card serial number. (This is the licensing serial number.)  

Note: The frame Unit Serial Number is different and is located on a label on the  

rear of the unit frame.  

(2) Software version  

(3) FPGA number supplying splash screen  

(Engineering use)  

(4) Firmware version  

(5) Display output

Note: Use the Main Card serial number for licensing the MV-825-RTR  

unit. See Maintenance of the Core Multiviewer, on page 184.  

Note: Use the ‘1G1’ network interface when performing the initial unit  

configuration with Grass Valley RollCall control panel.  

The ‘Eng’interface is a reserved internal IP network interface.   

Do not use this IP address.
